Company Stock Certificates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.8(b).

Company Stock Certificates means certificates representing shares of Company Capital Stock.

Examples of Company Stock Certificates in a sentence

If, after the Effective Time, Company Stock Certificates are presented to the Surviving Corporation for any reason, they shall be canceled and exchanged as provided in this Article I.
