All right, title and interest in any Company Work Product is the exclusive property of the Company and/or its affiliates, and Employee shall use such Company Work Product only for the benefit of the Company and/or its affiliates.
Employee agrees promptly to disclose to the Company, or any designee, all Company Work Product which are or may be subject to the provisions of this Section C.
