The Advisor will not deal with the assets in the Company’s Account in its own interest or for its own account and, in particular, will not, without prior written consent of the Company, as principal, sell assets to, purchase assets from, or borrow money or other property from the Company’s Account.
If the Company does not provide the required data, the Company’s Account may be held or frozen until the information is received, which could delay when the beneficial owners would receive funds.
If the Client or the associated party does not modify its trading style within a reasonable time period following the warning, the Company reserves the right to liquidate all or some open positions, close, suspend or recoup any closed profit or loss from the Client’s Account, and return any remaining proceeds to the Client in accordance with the Company’s Account Closing Procedures or any combination thereof.
The Custodian may be changed with respect to any Company’s Account from time to time upon the written instructions of such Company, subject to any required consents.
Each Sub-Advisor shall keep and maintain proper books and records wherein shall be recorded the business transacted by it on behalf of, in the name of, or on account of each Company in respect of such Company’s Account.
