Company’s Premises definition

Company’s Premises means the premises set out in the Appendix 3 or such other locations as agreed between ICE Futures Canada and the Company from time to time;
Company’s Premises means the premises owned and occupied by the Company as more particularly identified and outlined on the Site Plan;
Company’s Premises means the premises from which the Company ordinarily carries out business.

  • Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Renter while on Company’s Premises.

  • Any amendments shall be displayed on the Company’s public notice board or other prominent place the Company’s Premises and further copies available upon request.

  • Motor caravans, trailers and tents may not be parked or used anywhere on the Company’s Premises without the prior written consent of the Company.

  • Possession of deadly weapons or explosives while on the Company’s Premises is prohibited.

  • Such regulations and any amendments to them shall become effective on being displayed on the Company’s public notice board or other prominent place at the Company’s Premises and the Company shall have the same rights against the Owner for a breach of the Regulations as for a breach of the terms of this Licence.

Any concession made or latitude allowed by the Company to the Buyer shall not affect the strict rights of the Company under the contract. If in any particular case any of these Conditions shall be held to be invalid or shall not apply in the contract the other Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. ORDERS 3. (1) NOTWITHSTANDING that the Company may have given a detailed quotation no order shall be binding on the Company unless and until the Company has accepted it in writing. (2) The Company's catalogues, brochures, leaflets, or correspondence are not binding and reasonable variations may be made without notice and Goods so varied shall be accepted as complying with the contract. PRICES 4. (1) THE prices payable for Goods shall unless otherwise stated by the Company in writing and signed on its behalf be the list price of the Company current at the date of despatch and in the case of an order for delivery by installments the price payable for each installment shall be the first price of the Company current at the date of despatch of such installment unless otherwise expressly stated to be firm for a period. (2) All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax and this will be charged at the appropriate rate. ADDITIONAL COSTS 5. THE Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra cost incurred by the Company through the Buyers instructions or lack of instructions or through failure or delay in taking delivery or through any act or default on the part of the Buyer, its servants or employees. Unless the context otherwise requires, a term or expression which is defined in or given a particular meaning by the provisions of Incoterms shall have the same meaning in these Conditions, but if there is any conflict between the provisions of Incoterms and these Conditions, then these Conditions shall prevail.
