Comparable Buildings definition

Comparable Buildings means the Building and those other life sciences buildings which are comparable to the Building in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation of to the building), quality of construction, level of services and amenities, size and appearance, and are located in South San Francisco, California and the surrounding commercial area.
Comparable Buildings means comparable Class “A” office/R&D use buildings owned by institutions in the Market Area.
Comparable Buildings. Buildings in the market in which the applicable Building is located that are comparable in size, design, use, age, location, class and quality to such Building.

  • Tenant’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an “Objectionable Name”).

  • Tenant shall maintain such increased amounts of the insurance required to be carried by Tenant under this Section 10, and such other types and amounts of insurance covering the Premises and Tenant’s operations therein, as may be reasonably requested by Landlord, but not in excess of the amounts and types of insurance then being required by landlords of Comparable Buildings.

  • The janitorial and cleaning of the Premises shall be adequate to maintain the Premises in a manner consistent with Comparable Buildings.

More Definitions of Comparable Buildings

Comparable Buildings means, for each Building, a quality, age, location and construction that is comparable to that of other buildings within the metropolitan area within which such Building is located.
Comparable Buildings means other first-class buildings which are comparable to the Building in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation as to the building containing the portion of the premises in question), tenant mix, quality of construction, institutional ownership, level of services and amenities, and size and appearance, to the extent located in the Sorrento Valley and Sorrento Mesa area of San Diego, California.
Comparable Buildings means the Building and those other class A life sciences or class A office buildings which are comparable to the Building in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation of to the building), quality of construction, level of services and amenities, size and appearance, and are located in Durham, North Carolina and the surrounding commercial area.
Comparable Buildings means first-class multi-tenant occupancy office buildings which are comparable to the Building in terms of age (based upon the date of completion of construction or major renovation), quality of construction, level of services and amenities (including, but not limited to, the type (e.g., surface, covered, subterranean) and amount of parking), size and appearance, and are located in the “Comparable Area,” which is the “South Financial District” and “South of Market” submarkets on the South side of Market Street in San Francisco.
Comparable Buildings means comparable Class “A” office use buildings in the Market Area.
Comparable Buildings means other comparable office buildings in the southwest/Cityview Fort Worth area, taking into account age, size, location and other relevant operating factors.
Comparable Buildings means the first class mid-rise office buildings (now existing or subsequently constructed) within the projects located within the University Towne Center, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Torrey Hills geographical areas and having substantially similar characteristics to the Building pertaining to size, age, accessibility, design, quality, amenities and tenancies. Landlord reserves the right to make alterations or additions to, or to change the location of, elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that if any such changes might affect Tenant's use of the Premises (in other than an immaterial manner), Landlord obtains Tenant's prior written approval of any such alterations, additions and changes and such alterations, additions and changes do not unreasonably interfere with Tenant's access to the Premises.
