' Compensation Insurance. With respect to all operations performed, the Party shall carry workers’ compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont. Vermont will accept an out-of-state employer's workers’ compensation coverage while operating in Vermont provided that the insurance carrier is licensed to write insurance in Vermont and an amendatory endorsement is added to the policy adding Vermont for coverage purposes. Otherwise, the party shall secure a Vermont workers’ compensation policy, if necessary to comply with Vermont law.

More Definitions of ' Compensation Insurance
' Compensation Insurance. The Contractor does not maintain Workers’ Compensation Insurance and thus Contractor agrees that Contractor alone will perform all obligations outlined in the Agreement and will not delegate any obligations to a third party.

Receipt of such proceeds by State shall be in addition to the right of State to pursue whatever other remedies it may have to recover any losses due to the occurrence. If the State determines not to terminate the contract, then, in State’s discretion, any buildings, improvements, or fixtures built in replacement of any damaged or destroyed property shall be subject to the terms and provisions of this contract as if they had existed at the onset. In no event shall the provisions of this paragraph be deemed or construed to relieve Concessionaire from the requirement to repair or replace any damaged or destroyed property except as specifically excepted by express terms of this contract. Each policy of liability insurance shall contain additional named insured endorsements in the name of the State of California, through its Department of Parks and Recreation, as to all insurable interests of the State including, but not limited to, the premises and all contents as follows: State of California, its officers, employees, and servants are included as additional insured but only insofar as operations and facilities under this contract are concerned; The insurer will not cancel or reduce the insured's coverage without thirty (30) days prior written notice to State.
