Examples of Competing Product in a sentence
Employee agrees that for a period of two years following termination of Employee's employment with the Company for any reason, voluntarily or involuntarily, Employee will not directly or indirectly solicit, contact, call upon, communicate with or attempt to communicate with any customer or licensee, former customer or licensee, or prospective customer or licensee of the Company for the purpose of selling, installing, implementing, or modifying any Competing Product.
The Adviser shall respond to a written request of the Sub-Adviser to advise or sub-advise a Competing Product within 30 days of receiving such request.
The Licensee shall notify UCLB in confidence if it or any of its Affiliates or its Sub-licensees commences any marketing, sale or commercialisation of any Competing Product or enters into an agreement with any other person with respect to any such activities.

If Employee accepts employment with a Competing Organization, Employee will provide Axogen written assurances satisfactory to Axogen that Employee will not render services, directly or indirectly, for the time period herein in connection with any Competing Product.
