Competition Event definition

Competition Event has the meaning given to it in clause 15.1(d) (Competition);
Competition Event means any act or activity by the Executive, directly or indirectly, which the Partnership deems, in its good faith judgment, to be a violation of Sections 4.1 and 4.2 hereof.
Competition Event has the meaning given to such term in Section 12(e).

Competition Event means the closing of an acquisition by Guarantor, directly or indirectly, of any entity or business that markets and/or sells digital advertising on a third party publisher digital platform that is a Material Supplier of the Acquired Companies as of the Closing Date in an location within the countries in which the Business operates as of the Closing (i.e., Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, India, Malaysia or Indonesia).
