Competitive Bid Quote definition

Competitive Bid Quote means a response submitted by a Lender to the Administrative Agent or the Borrower, as the case may be with respect to an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes in the form attached as Exhibit C-3.

Competitive Bid Quote means an offer by a Lender to make a Competitive Bid Loan in accordance with Section 2.03.

Examples of Competitive Bid Quote in a sentence

• Such terms and procedures shall govern Competitive Bid Loans covered thereby and made pursuant to Competitive Bid Quote Requests given after the Lenders shall have received notice of such supplemental or modified procedures, notwithstanding any inconsistent provisions in this Agreement.

• Promptly after receiving a Competitive Bid Quote Request, the Administrative Agent shall send to the Lenders an invitation (an “Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes”) substantially in the form of Exhibit C, which shall constitute an invitation by a Borrower to each Lender to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section.

• A Competitive Bid Quote may set forth up to five separate offers by the quoting Lender with respect to each Interest Period specified in the related Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes.

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the applicable Borrower of the terms of (i) any Competitive Bid Quote submitted by a Lender that is in accordance with Section 2.03(d) and (ii) any Competitive Bid Quote that amends, modifies or is otherwise inconsistent with a previous Competitive Bid Quote submitted by such Lender with respect to the same Competitive Bid Quote Request.

• Any such subsequent Competitive Bid Quote shall be disregarded by the Administrative Agent unless such subsequent Competitive Bid Quote is submitted solely to correct a manifest error in such former Competitive Bid Quote.

More Definitions of Competitive Bid Quote

Competitive Bid Quote means a response submitted by a Lender to the Administrative Agent with respect to a Competitive Bid Quote Request in the form attached as Exhibit C-3.
