Competitive Bid Request definition

Competitive Bid Request means a request by the Borrower for Competitive Bids in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.2(b).

Competitive Bid Request means a request by the Borrower for Competitive Bids in accordance with Section 2.04.

• No ABR Loan shall be requested in, or made pursuant to, a Competitive Bid Request.

Competitive Bid Request means a request made pursuant to Section 2.03(a) in the form of Exhibit A-1.
