Competitive Margin definition

Competitive Margin means, as to any Eurocurrency Competitive Loan, the margin (expressed as a percentage rate per annum in the form of a decimal to no more than four decimal places) to be added to or subtracted from the LIBO Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Loan, as specified in the Competitive Bid relating to such Loan.
Competitive Margin means, as to any Eurocurrency Competitive Loan, the margin (expressed as a percentage rate per annum in the form of a decimal to no more than four decimal places) to be added to or subtracted from, in the case of Eurocurrency Competitive Loans denominated in Dollars or any Alternative Currency (other than Euros), the LIBO Rate and, in the case of Eurocurrency Competitive Loans denominated in Euros, the EURIBO Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Loan, as specified in the Competitive Bid relating to such Loan.
Competitive Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Competitive Advance, the percentage per annum (expressed in the form of a decimal to no more than four decimal places) to be added to or subtracted from the Eurodollar Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Advance, as specified in the Competitive Bid relating to such Advance.
