Competitive Margin definition
Competitive Margin means, as to any Eurocurrency Competitive Loan, the margin (expressed as a percentage rate per annum in the form of a decimal to no more than four decimal places) to be added to or subtracted from the LIBO Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Loan, as specified in the Competitive Bid relating to such Loan.
Competitive Margin means, as to any Eurocurrency Competitive Loan, the margin (expressed as a percentage rate per annum in the form of a decimal to no more than four decimal places) to be added to or subtracted from, in the case of Eurocurrency Competitive Loans denominated in Dollars or any Alternative Currency (other than Euros), the LIBO Rate and, in the case of Eurocurrency Competitive Loans denominated in Euros, the EURIBO Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Loan, as specified in the Competitive Bid relating to such Loan.
Competitive Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Competitive Advance, the percentage per annum (expressed in the form of a decimal to no more than four decimal places) to be added to or subtracted from the Eurodollar Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Advance, as specified in the Competitive Bid relating to such Advance.
Examples of Competitive Margin in a sentence
Each Competitive Bid by a Lender must be in the form of Exhibit 2.5B or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative ------------- Agent and the Borrower and must be received by the Administrative Agent by telecopy, in the case of a Borrowing of Competitive Margin Loans, not later than 9:30 a.m., three (3) Business Days before the proposed date of such Borrowing, and in the case of a Borrowing of Competitive Fixed Rate Loans, not later than 9:30 a.m., on the proposed date of such Borrowing.
Each Competitive Bid by a Lender must be in the form of Exhibit 2.4B or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent ------------ and the Borrower and must be received by the Administrative Agent by telecopy, in the case of a Borrowing of Competitive Margin Loans, not later than 9:30 a.m., three (3) Business Days before the proposed date of such Borrowing, and in the case of a Borrowing of Competitive Fixed Rate Loans, not later than 9:30 a.m., on the proposed date of such Borrowing.
More Definitions of Competitive Margin
Competitive Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Competitive Loan, the marginal rate of interest, if any, to be added to or subtracted from the Eurodollar Rate to determine the rate of interest applicable to such Loan, as specified by the Lender making such Loan in its related Competitive Bid.
