Completion of the Project definition

Completion of the Project means completion of the Project and all the requirements, services, tasks and Project Objective as set out in the Proposal and this Agreement to the satisfaction of the Government.
Completion of the Project means that, in Lender's sole judgment the Project has been constructed, rehabilitated, completed, equipped, and furnished in a good and proper manner in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, the Scope of Development and the Budget as approved by Lender; all notices of completion with respect to the Project have been filed and all statutory lien periods have expired; all costs of constructing the Project have been paid, including, without limitation, interest on the Note which may be due prior to the Completion Date; all necessary certificates of occupancy have been issued; and all of the conditions to final disbursement of the Loan have been satisfied.
Completion of the Project means that construction is complete and the project is eligible for a Certificate of Occupancy or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.

Examples of Completion of the Project in a sentence

  • Following the completion of the negotiations required by Paragraph 4.3.4, above, all unresolved Contract Disputes shall be deferred pending Final Completion of the Project, subject to City’s right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require that the Contract Dispute Resolution Process proceed prior to Final Completion.

  • Upon the earlier of (a) Completion of the Project or (b) the End Date (the "Grant Release Date"), any Grant funds not previously disbursed to the Grantee for any reason shall be automatically released from the terms of this Agreement.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, and subject to Change Orders, Material Completion of the Project must be achieved on or before the date established as the Material Completion and Occupancy Date under the Schedule.

  • Under the GMP Change Order the Design-Builder shall propose (i) to perform the construction of the entire Project in accordance with the assumptions stated in the GMP Change Order or in accordance with the Construction Documents Change Order, as appropriate, for a Guaranteed Maximum Price, which shall be specified in the proposed GMP Change Order, and (ii) to achieve Material Completion of the Project by the Material Completion and Occupancy Date specified in the proposed GMP Change Order.


More Definitions of Completion of the Project

Completion of the Project means the date when the applicable Government agency issues a temporary or permanent “certificate of occupancy” for the Project.
Completion of the Project has the meaning given to that term in Section 2.11(c).
