Compliance account definition
Compliance account means a NOx allowance tracking system account, established by the U.S. EPA for a NOx budget unit under section 10 of this rule, in which the NOx allowance allocations for the unit are initially recorded and in which are held NOx allowances available for use by the unit for an ozone control period for the purpose of meeting the unit’s NOx budget emissions limitation.
Compliance account means an account created by the accounts administrator for a covered entity or opt-in covered entity with a compliance obligation, to which the entity transfers compliance instruments to meet its annual and triennial compliance obligations.
Compliance account means the Compliance Account created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

Compliance account means an account established in the WEB EATS under R307-250-8(1) for the purpose of recording allowances that a WEB source might hold to demonstrate compliance with its allowance limitation.

Compliance account means a CAIR NOx ozone season allowance tracking system account, established by the U.S. EPA for a CAIR NOx ozone season source under section 9 or 12 of this rule, in which any CAIR NOx ozone season allowance allocations for the CAIR NOx ozone season units at the source are initially recorded and in which are held any CAIR NOx ozone season allowances available for use for a control period in order to meet the source's CAIR NOx ozone season emissions limitation in accordance with section 9(i) and 9(j) of this rule.
Compliance account means a COATS account, established by the department or its agent for a CO2 budget source under Article 6 (9VAC5-140-6220 et seq.) of this part, in which are held CO2 allowances available for use by the source for a control period and each interim control period for the purpose of meeting the CO2 requirements of 9VAC5-140-6050 C.
Compliance account means the account by that name created by the Bond Resolution.
