Compliance Report definition

Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.
Compliance Report means the report that each POU files with the Commission by July 1 of the calendar year following the end of a compliance period as specified in section 3207.
Compliance Report has the meaning ascribed in Section 7.5.
