Compliance Reports definition

Compliance Reports means, individually or collectively, any and all forms, reports or other documents (or any successor forms, reports or other documents) used or issued by any Governmental Authority (including the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service, the FDA, the State of California — Health and Human Services Agency or any successor Governmental Authorities) with respect to food safety and/or health inspections of the Borrower’s or any of its Subsidiaries’ facilities and/or compliance with or violations of Applicable Law, including the following: Application for Federal Meat, Poultry, or Import Inspection (FSIS Form 5200-2), Grant of Inspection (FSIS Form 5200-1), Process Deficiency Record (FSIS Form 8820-2), Non-Compliance Record (FSIS Form 5400-4), Form FDA 483 and Report of Observations (EH 62 A), and any successor forms or documents related thereto.
Compliance Reports means all environmental or monitoring reports relating to operation or maintenance of the Pelletizer Facility or the Pellet Marketing Services required by Law to be prepared and submitted to a Governmental Authority.
Compliance Reports means the reports that CCF shall file pursuant to Paragraph 14.

  • If OGS, upon review of the MWBE Utilization Plan and Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Reports determines that Contractor is failing or refusing to comply with the contract goals and no waiver has been issued in regards to such non-compliance, OGS may issue a notice of deficiency to the Contractor.

Compliance Reports has the meaning attributed to that term in section 6.1(a).
