Compliance Rules definition

Compliance Rules means both the requirements set out in the exhibit entitled “Compliance Rules” and the exhibit entitled “Robustness Rules” to each Adopter Agreement, as such exhibits may be revised by CI Plus TA from time to time in accordance with Section 3.7 hereof.

Compliance Rules means, with respect to products licensed under this Agreement, the requirements set out in Exhibit E to this Agreement and, with respect to products licensed or manufactured under another Approved License, the requirements of such agreement entitled “Compliance Rules,” in each case, including the Robustness Rules contained therein, and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of the applicable Approved License.

Compliance Rules means all regulations, sanction regimes, international guidance or procedures or rules of relevant regulatory or industry body that may be applicable to SHKCOM.

Examples of Compliance Rules in a sentence

• The Licensed Products as shipped shall meet the Compliance Rules and shall be designed and manufactured in a manner to effectively frustrate attempts to modify such Licensed Products to defeat the Compliance Rules or functions of the Specifications.

• The replaced FLASH memory may contain software-code that circumvents the Compliance Rules and Robustness Rules.

• Failure to comply with the Specifications, Compliance Rules and Robustness Rules could result in a breach of the Agreement and legal action taken by the CI Plus TA or other parties under the agreement.

• The Specifications, Compliance Rules, Robustness Rules and other requirements as set forth in Section 6.1 above may be changed in the following cases from time to time by CI Plus TA in accordance with this Section 6.0.

• It does not supersede or supplant the Specifications, Compliance Rules, or Robustness Rules.

More Definitions of Compliance Rules

Compliance Rules means both the requirements set out in Exhibit B and the Robustness Rules set out in Exhibit C, as such exhibits may be amended by DTLA from time to time pursuant to Section 3.2.

Compliance Rules means: (a) Laws; (b) any legislation or regulation with respect to anti-bribery, anti-slavery, anti-corruption (including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act) or anti-terrorism; (c) any Export Laws; and (d) any Codes.

Compliance Rules shall have the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
