Licensee acknowledges and agrees that any breach of any of the obligations contained in Sections 3 (Ownership, Restrictions), 4 (Confidentiality) or 8 (Compliance with Laws) above shall result in material and irreparable harm to TMNA.

Subject to Section 13.1 (Compliance with Laws) hereof, Licensee acknowledges its obligation to comply with such Act and any other federal, state or local disability rights legislation.
