Compliance with Laws. The Financial Sponsors shall ensure that the Conference is conducted in accordance with all applicable United States (U.S.) and non-U.S. laws. The Financial Sponsor(s) shall make all necessary corporate, tax and other registrations and obtain all required licenses and permits.

Compliance with Laws means the Contractor shall in performing the Contract, comply with all applicable Laws related to all actions of his obligation as per the Contract.

• Compliance with Laws The parties hereto shall at all times observe and comply with, and the provisions of this Agreement are subject to, all laws, ordinances, and regulations which in any manner affect the rights and obligations of the parties hereto under this Agreement, so long as such laws, ordinances, or regulations remain in effect.

PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATIONS: We have the right to review and approve any advertisements or promotional materials in connection with your Event that specifically reference the name of the Hotel or a name or logo owned by a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide, Inc., including (but not limited to): Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hotels & Resorts, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Embassy Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Home2 Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Hilton Grand Vacations. You agree that we may share your Event and Planner information with our third party providers who offer support services to groups holding meetings/functions at our Hotel, including audio/visual services, decorators, florists, and others.

Compliance with Laws. Designer/Builder shall give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations bearing on conduct of the Work as indicated or specified, including all “Interpretation(s) of Regulations” issued by DSA on or before the date of this Contract. If Designer/Builder observes that any of the Work required by this Contract is at variance with any such laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, Designer/Builder shall notify the District, in writing, and, at the sole option of the District, any necessary changes shall be made and this Contract shall be appropriately amended in writing, or this Contract shall be terminated effective upon Designer/Builder’s receipt of a written termination notice from the District. If Designer/Builder performs any work that is in violation of any laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, without first notifying the District of the violation, Designer/Builder shall bear all costs and liabilities arising therefrom.
