Compliance with Laws and "Organization and Authority".

Compliance with Laws. The Financial Sponsors shall ensure that the Conference is conducted in accordance with all applicable United States (U.S.) and non-U.S. laws. The Financial Sponsor(s) shall make all necessary corporate, tax and other registrations and obtain all required licenses and permits.

Compliance with Laws means the Contractor shall in performing the Contract, comply with all applicable Laws related to all actions of his obligation as per the Contract.

You agree that we may share your Event and Planner information with our third party providers who offer support services to groups holding meetings/functions at our Hotel, including audio/visual services, decorators, florists, and others.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Parties will not make any offer, payment, promise to pay or authorization of the payment of any money, or any offer, gift, promise to give, or authorization of the giving of anything of value, directly or indirectly, to any government official, political party, party official, or candidate for public or political office to induce such persons to use their influence with a government or instrumentality in order to obtain an improper business advantage for the Parties.
