The Contractor will furnish and provide, or cause to be furnished and provided, all architectural and engineering services for the Project, including, but not limited to, all architectural and engineering materials, labor and equipment necessary for programming, schematic design, and design development, to achieve 35% design of the Project in anticipation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price agreement set forth as a Comprehensive Agreement under PPEA.
