Computer Model definition

Computer Model means the computer model used to prepare the Initial Projection, as amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 7.11 (Computer Model) or as otherwise agreed between the Borrower and the Technical Bank.
Computer Model means the computer model described in Schedules 5.1(c) and 5.1(e) and set forth in the attached computer diskette.
Computer Model means the computer model delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 4.1(k) of this Agreement used to produce the Base Case Projections.

More Definitions of Computer Model

Computer Model means the agreed form of model that is used to prepare each Forecast in accordance with Clause 17 (Forecasts and Calculations);
Computer Model means a computer program created to simulate or otherwise represent some physical phenomenon or utility function, by using input data and producing output based on those data.
Computer Model means the computer model in the form accepted by the Agent pursuant to Clause 4.1 (Documentary Conditions Precedent) which uses the Forecast Assumptions to produce financial projections and projected cash flows and represented by material contained in or on computer discs, printouts and the analyses comprising the Forecast as it may be revised or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Computer Model means a computer model which is prepared for the Project by the Borrower and audited by an expert acceptable to the Facility Agent acting reasonably with respect to Peruvian tax and accounting requirements and which will be provided to the Facility Agent prior to Financial Close.
