Computer Records definition

Computer Records means the computer records generated by the Servicer that provide information relating to the Loans and that were used by the Originator in selecting the Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.01 (and any Substitute Loans conveyed to the Trust Depositor pursuant to Section 2.04).
Computer Records means any computer records now owned or hereafter acquired by any Debtor.
Computer Records means the sum of information which is provided to the Licensee by way of the Licensee's central processing computer equipment in respect of a Player or Syndicate Player and in respect of details of:

  • The Originator will have, at its own expense, prior to the close of business on the Closing Date, indicated in its Computer Records that ownership of the Loans transferred by it to the Trust Depositor and identified on the List of Loans have been sold to the Trust Depositor.

More Definitions of Computer Records

Computer Records has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(g) of this Agreement.
Computer Records means any Data stored within any:
Computer Records means the sum of information, including Ticket Number information, which is held by the Licensee by way of or through the Licensee’s central processing computer equipment in respect of an Instant Lottery or a Promotional Instant Lottery and which is retained or recorded on a magnetic tape or otherwise stored;
