Computer Virus definition

Computer Virus means a set of corrupting, harmful or otherwise unauthorized instructions or code including a set of maliciously introduced unauthorized instructions or code, programmatic or otherwise, that propagate themselves through a computer system or network of whatsoever nature. “Computer Virus” includes, but is not limited to, “Trojan Horses,” “worms” and “time or logic bombs”.
Computer Virus means any computer instruction, information, data or programme that destroys, damages, degrades or adversely affects the performance of a computer resource or attaches itself to another computer resource and operates when a programme, data or instruction is executed or some other event takes place in that computer resource;

Computer Virus as used herein means a set of corrupting, harmful or otherwise unauthorized instructions or code, including a set of maliciously-introduced, unauthorized instructions or code, that propagate themselves through a computer system network of whatsoever nature. However, in the event that a peril otherwise covered under the policy results from any of the matters described above, this Contract, subject to all other terms and conditions, will cover physical damage directly caused by such listed peril.
