Concentration Percentage definition

Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 8.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 6.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 4.00%.
Concentration Percentage means: for each Obligor (other than a Local Government Obligor or Federal Government Obligor) and its Affiliated Obligors, the applicable percentage determined by reference to the following table with long-term ratings in parentheses: RATING OF OBLIGOR PERCENTAGE A-1 by Standard & Poor’s/P-1 by Moody’s (A by Standard & Poor’s/A2 by Moody’s) or above 10.00 % A-2 by Standard & Poor’s/P-2 by Moody’s (BBB+ to A- by Standard & Poor’s/Baa1 to A3 by Moody’s) 5.00 % A-3 by Standard & Poor’s/P-3 by Moody’s (BBB- to BBB by Standard & Poor’s/Baa3 to Baa2 by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇) 3.33 % Non-investment grade/Unrated (BB+ by Standard & Poor’s/Ba1 by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ or lower and non-investment grade/Unrated) 2.00 % provided, that for purposes of this definition (i) the long-term and short-term rating of a parent company shall be imputed to an Obligor and its Affiliated Obligors to the extent any such Obligor or its Affiliated Obligors does not have a long-term and/or short-term rating unless the parent company does not support or guarantee, or the Administrator reasonably believes the parent company does not support or guarantee and has tangible evidence supporting such belief, the obligations of such Obligor and/or its Affiliated Obligors, (ii) if an Obligor has both short-term and long-term ratings, then short-term ratings shall be used in preference to the long-term rating, (iii) subject to the foregoing, if any Obligor has more than one such long-term rating or more than one such short-term rating, the lowest such rating shall apply, (iv) if only one rating is available, the next lower rating category will be used to determine the applicable percentage, and (v) subject to the foregoing, if any Obligor and its Affiliated Obligors have different ratings (and fall into different “Percentage” categories in the above table), then the Concentration Percentage for that group of Obligors shall be determined to be the lower of their respective “Percentages”.
Concentration Percentage means, with respect to an Obligor as of any date of determination, the General Concentration Percentage or, if applicable, the Special Concentration Percentage for such Obligor at such date of determination.

Examples of Concentration Percentage in a sentence

  • After giving effect to the transfer of Engines on any Transfer Date, the Two Year Lease Expiry Concentration Percentage for Eligible Engines (relating to Existing and Possible Loans) on such Transfer Date shall not exceed the Target Two Year Lease Expiry Concentration Percentage.

  • After giving effect to the transfer of Engines on any Transfer Date, the One Year Lease Expiry Concentration Percentage for Eligible Engines (relating to Existing and Possible Loans) on such Transfer Date shall not exceed the Target One Year Lease Expiry Concentration Percentage.

  • Either (i) the Concentration Percentage with respect to any Obligor under any Candidate Financing Contract does not exceed one percent (1%) or (ii) the Obligor Exposure for such Obligor does not exceed the dollar amount specified for such Obligor, if any, on Schedule 2.4(v) (as such Schedule may be modified from time to time by Lender in its sole discretion, by giving notice of such modification to Borrower).

  • The Concentration Limit with respect to Mortgage Loans for any Concentration Category shall mean, as of any date of determination, the product of (a) the Concentration Percentage for such Concentration Category as of such date, and (b) the aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of all Purchased Mortgage Loans as of such date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing as to any Account debtor (other than The Clorox Company) that has a Concentration Percentage of more than twenty percent (20%) as contemplated by the definition of Eligible Accounts, and if the Concentration Percentage of the Account debtor The Clorox Company, exceeds thirty percent (30%), said Account debtors may be notified of Lender's security interest in Accounts prior to the existence of an Event of Default.


More Definitions of Concentration Percentage

Concentration Percentage means, as of any date of determination, for the Obligors compromising each Class of Obligor in the table below, on an individual basis, a percentage not to exceed the corresponding “Individual Obligor Percentage”, subject to adjustment for any Special Obligors as approved by the Administrative Agent with the consent of the Requisite Lenders. Class A 20.00% Class B 15.00% Class C 10.00% Class D 5.00%
Concentration Percentage means (i) for any Group A Obligor that is not a Special Obligor, 10.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor that is not a Special Obligor, 10.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor that is not a Special Obligor, 5.00%, (iv) for any Group D Obligor that is not a Special Obligor, 2.50%, and (v) for any Special Obligor, such Special Obligor’s Special Concentration Percentage.
Concentration Percentage for any Obligor means at any time 2%; provided that in the case of an Obligor with any Affiliated Obligor, the Concentration Percentage shall be calculated, to the extent practicable, as if such Obligor and such Affiliated Obligor are one Obligor.
Concentration Percentage means (a) except as provided inclause (b) below, (i) for any Group A Obligor, 20.00%, (ii) for any Group B Obligor, 15.00%, (iii) for any Group C Obligor, 10.00% and (iv) for any Group D Obligor, 8.00%, and (b) for each of the Obligors listed in the chart below (each, a “ Special Obligor”), the percentage specified in the chart below for such Special Obligor (the applicableSpecial Concentration Limit”); provided, however, that the Administrative Agent may approve higher “Concentration Percentages” for selected Obligors; provided, further, that the Administrative Agent may, upon not less than thirty (30) Business Days’ prior written notice to the Borrower, cancel or reduce the Special Concentration Limit with respect to any or all Special Obligors, in which case the Concentration Percentage for such Special Obligor(s) shall be determined pursuant to clause (a) above. In the event that any other Obligor is or becomes an Affiliate of a Special Obligor, the Special Concentration Limit shall apply to both such Obligor and such Special Obligor and shall be calculated as if such Obligor and such Special Obligor were a single Obligor.
Concentration Percentage for any Obligor of any Receivable at any time means the greater of (a) the Special Concentration Percentage, if any, for such Obligor and (b) 4.00%.
Concentration Percentage is defined in Schedule II.
Concentration Percentage means, on any day, (I) for any Obligor that is not a Special Obligor: (a) for any Group A Obligor, a percentage equal to forty percent (40%), or any other percentage as agreed by the Servicer and the Agent in writing, (b) for all Group B Obligors, a percentage equal to four (4) times the Base Concentration Limit, (c) for all Group C Obligors, a percentage equal to two (2) times the Base Concentration Limit and (d) for all Group D Obligors, a percentage equal to the Base Concentration Limit and (II) for any Special Obligor, the Special Obligor Concentration Percentage for such Obligor.
