Conceptual Site Plan means those drawings containing the design details associated with the landscaping, development and construction of all parks within the Development Area;

Conceptual Site Plan means a plan for an area depicting the basic relationships among the proposed uses and illustrating approximate locations of structures, parking areas, site access, open space, and other major site features.

Conceptual Site Plan means the schematic documents showing the basic physical characteristics of the Development and the location of Improvements on the Property, including preliminary building plans and section and elevations of the Development.
