Conceptual Site Plan definition

Conceptual Site Plan shall refer to the plan approved by the City Council which establishes the framework for development and creates unique criteria for development on a specific property.
Conceptual Site Plan means those drawings containing the design details associated with the landscaping, development and construction of all parks within the Development Area;

Conceptual Site Plan means the schematic documents showing the basic physical characteristics of the Development and the location of Improvements on the Property, including preliminary building plans and section and elevations of the Development.
