Such Contract Bond or Letter of Credit shall guarantee the faithful performance by Company of all its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, the payment by Company of all Concession Fees due hereunder.
In the event of such minor damage in which no portion of the Premises is untenable, there will be no abatement of the Concession Fees payable by Company to the Aviation Authority hereunder.
