Concurrent Private Placement definition

Concurrent Private Placement has the meaning given to it in the fifth paragraph of this Agreement;

Concurrent Private Placement means the issuance and sale of shares of Common Stock to certain directors of the Company concurrently with the transactions contemplated hereby at a price per share of Common Stock equal to the consolidated closing bid price per share on February 2, 2024 and otherwise substantially similar terms.
