Concurrent Private Placement definition

Concurrent Private Placement has the meaning given to it in the fifth paragraph of this Agreement;

Concurrent Private Placement means the non-brokered private placement of 22,480,000 Subscription Receipts at a price of $0.25 per Subscription Receipt to raise aggregate gross proceeds of $5,620,000;

Concurrent Private Placement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
