Concurrent User License definition

Concurrent User License the maximum number of users that may access the Software at any one time.
Concurrent User License means a type of license granted hereunder with respect to Server Edition or Workstation/Workgroup Edition which is limited by Concurrent Users and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and which may be referred to as a “Server Edition Concurrent User License” or “Workstation/Workgroup License”, as applicable. If You cannot accurately track the number of Concurrent Users accessing the applicable Server Software under a Concurrent User License and maintain appropriate Records in accordance with Section 11.4 below, then You may not purchase a Concurrent User License.
Concurrent User License means a RIB product license type which may be specified in the Product Module Schedule of the Quote and is subject to Concurrent User restrictions in this Agreement.

Examples of Concurrent User License in a sentence

  • Under the terms of a Concurrent User License, the Software may only be used to serve an aggregate specified maximum number of individual end users of your Customer Applications at any one time.

  • The Concurrent User License is only available in conjunction with a Floating License Server License.

  • A Concurrent User License means Licensee may install the Client Software on a reasonable number of computers or machines, provided that the Licensed Software is used only by as many concurrent users at any given moment in time as Licensee has purchased concurrent licenses.

Concurrent User License means a type of license granted hereunder limited by Concurrent Users and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Example: in case Customer has acquired three (3) licenses, the VNCK Software may be installed on thirty (30) Customer Instances.
