Examples of Condemnation Proceedings in a sentence
Tenant shall have no claim against Landlord for the occurrence of any Condemnation Proceedings, or for the termination of this Lease or a reduction in the Premises as a result of any Condemnation Proceedings.
If the whole of the Premises is taken through Condemnation Proceedings, this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date of the taking.
If the whole of the Premises is taken through Condemnation Proceedings, this Lease shall automatically terminate as of the date possession is taken by he condemning authority.
