Condition Report definition

Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Program Vehicle, signed and dated by the Servicer and a Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Manufacturer Program.
Condition Report means any opinions published by Brightwells in relation to the nature or condition of a Lot.
Condition Report means the condition report for the Room and the furniture (if any) as at the Commencement Date that We will provide to You. Fee Schedule means the schedule of Accommodation Fees and charges payable by You, which is set out in Annexure B. GST has the meaning given in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.
