Condition Survey means an external visual inspection or a detailed condition survey
Condition Survey means an inspection by the Condition Survey Contractor of thePremises including, without limitation, the then current state of cleaning, maintenance and repairs, janitorial services, painting, structural and nonstructural conditions, surface and subsurface conditions, environmental conditions, lighting of building areas, ramp and apron areas, and the condition of utilities and utility systems, fire-fighting and fire protection equipment and systems, communications and communications systems, anti-pollution systems and devices, fuel facilities and systems, and the Lessee’s fixtures, equipment and personal property; provided that a Condition Survey will not include an inspection of subsurface conditions unless the Port Authority has a reasonable basis for believing there has been a material change to such conditions; and provided further, that a Condition Survey performed during the last twelve (12) months prior to the Expiration Date will not include activities Lessee performs or has performed under Section 77(b).
Condition Survey has the meaning given in clause 8.11(b).

More Definitions of Condition Survey

Condition Survey means a periodic lease-driven survey and/or formal periodic survey;
Condition Survey means a survey of the condition Highways England structures, assets (including, but not limited to, drainage and cabling) and pavements within the Order limits that in the reasonable opinion of Highways England may be affected by a specified work. A CCTV survey of specified drains will only form part of a condition survey where the authority, following due diligence and assessment, identifies a specified part of the highways drainage system maintained by Highways England that Highways England reasonably considers may be materially and adversely affected by a specified work;
Condition Survey means an inspection by the Condition Survey Contractor of the Premises, including without limitation the then current state of cleaning, maintenance, janitorial services, painting, structural and nonstructural conditions, surface and subsurface conditions, environmental conditions, lighting of building areas, ramp and apron areas, and the condition of utilities and utility systems, fire-fighting and fire protection equipment and systems, communications and communications systems, antipollution systems and devices, fuel facilities and systems, and the Lessee's fixtures, equipment and personal property, and also including the items mentioned or covered by Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 26, 53, 56 and 61 of this Agreement;

Condition Survey has the meaning given to it in the Leases;
Condition Survey shall have the meaning set forth in Section 54 (a) hereof entitled “Joint Periodic Condition Survey”.
