Conditions of Proposal definition

Conditions of Proposal means the Conditions of Proposal in Part Two of this RFGP;
Conditions of Proposal means the terms and conditions issued by the Department under this Request For Proposals documentation and shall include all terms and conditions, and Schedules contained in the Contract issued as part of this RFP;
Conditions of Proposal means these Conditions of Proposal as attached to Section B of this RFP.

  • BIDDERS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 10.1 The Bidder acknowledges by lodging a Proposal that it accepts the terms of this RFP Standard Conditions of Request for Proposal, the Special Conditions of Proposal and the APEC Standard Contract Conditions.

  • Participation in the proposal process confirms that the Bidder accepts these Conditions of Proposal.

  • The Bidder shall be responsible for any breach of the Conditions of Proposal by anyone they have involved in their response to this RFP.

  • Any Contract will incorporate the APEC policies and guidelines identified in RFP Schedule 3 - Special Conditions of Proposal and the contract at RFP Schedule 6 - Standard Contract Conditions.

  • The instructions contained in the RFP Pack constitute the Conditions of Proposal.

  • A proposal lodged in response to this Request for Proposal does so with agreement to these Conditions of Proposal unless any departures from these Conditions are detailed in the proposal submission.

  • BIDDERS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT The Bidder acknowledges by lodging a Proposal that it accepts the terms of this RFP Standard Conditions of Request for Proposal, the Special Conditions of Proposal and the APEC Standard Contract Conditions.

  • Prior to commencing the evaluation process, IPE Global will check Proposals received to ensure they are fully compliant with the Conditions of Proposal.

Related to Conditions of Proposal

  • Conditions of Approval means condition(s) imposed by the Municipality in the approval of a land development application, including any conditions contained in the annexure(s) and/or plans and/or attachment(s) that form part of the approval and/or are referred to in the approval of the land development application;

  • Conditions of Use means Conditions 1 to 10 and the Schedules and Appendices of this document.

  • Conditions of Contract means those statements contained in or delivered with your Ticket/s or Itinerary/Receipt, identified as such and which incorporate by reference, these Conditions of Carriage and notices.

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Conditions of Tender means the Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure A;

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.

  • Complications of Pregnancy means conditions whose diagnoses are distinct from pregnancy but are adversely affected by pregnancy or are caused by pregnancy. These conditions include acute nephritis, nephrosis, cardiac decompensation, missed abortion and similar medical and surgical conditions of comparable severity. Complications of pregnancy also include nonelective cesarean section, ectopic pregnancy which is terminated and spontaneous termination of pregnancy, which occurs during a period of gestation in which a viable birth is not possible.

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Conditions of Carriage means these conditions of carriage.

  • Refinancing Conditions the following conditions for Refinancing Debt: (a) it is in an aggregate principal amount that does not exceed the principal amount of the Debt being extended, renewed or refinanced; (b) it has a final maturity no sooner than, a weighted average life no less than, and an interest rate no greater than, the Debt being extended, renewed or refinanced; (c) it is subordinated to the Obligations at least to the same extent as the Debt being extended, renewed or refinanced; (d) the representations, covenants and defaults applicable to it are no less favorable to Borrowers than those applicable to the Debt being extended, renewed or refinanced; (e) no additional Lien is granted to secure it; (f) no additional Person is obligated on such Debt; and (g) upon giving effect to it, no Default or Event of Default exists.

  • Conditions of Issue means the Conditions of Issue of Octopus published by us as amended from time to time, which can be obtained from us or downloaded from our website at www.octopus.com.hk ;

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Promotion of Access to Information Act ’ means the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000);

  • Conditions Precedent means the conditions precedent set out in clause 3 below;

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Product Conditions means these product terms and conditions. These Product Conditions apply to each series of cash settled Warrants over single equities;

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.
