Conditions Precedent Documents means the documents listed in Parts A and B of Schedule 3;

Conditions Precedent Documents means the documents listed in Parts A and B of Schedule 3; "Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance" means the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong); "Cornerstone Investment Agreement(s)" means the several cornerstone investment agreements entered into between, inter alia, the Company, CICC, CITI, the Joint Global Coordinators, the Overall Coordinators and the several cornerstone investors as described in the Hong Kong Prospectus setting out the terms and conditions subject to which such cornerstone investors have agreed to subscribe for or purchase the Offer Shares;
