Conditions Satisfaction Date definition

Conditions Satisfaction Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

Conditions Satisfaction Date means (i) August 31, 2024 or (ii) such earlier date on which all the Conditions are: (i) satisfied; or (ii) waived in writing by a Class B Preferred Majority (in its absolute discretion), provided that each of the Conditions is satisfied or so waived by the relevant date and time for satisfaction of the relevant Condition as set out in Schedule 1;

More Definitions of Conditions Satisfaction Date

Conditions Satisfaction Date means the date on which the last of the conditions set forth in Article 9 (other than those conditions which by their terms or nature are to be satisfied at Closing, but which are capable of being satisfied as of such date) are satisfied or waived in accordance with this Agreement.

Conditions Satisfaction Date shall be revised as, “means September 25, 2005;”.

Conditions Satisfaction Date means, the date on which the Lender shall have received all of the documents referred to in clause 3.1;

Conditions Satisfaction Date means the date on which each of the conditions set forth in Section 5.1 (other than those conditions that by their nature are to be satisfied at the Closing, but subject to the satisfaction or waiver of such conditions at the Closing) has been satisfied or waived. The date on which the Closing occurs shall be referred to as the “Closing Date”.
