The Unit is more fully described in the Declaration and shown on the Condominium Map.
Buyer understands and acknowledges that items shown on the Condominium Map, including, without limitation, the metes and bounds or dimensions of the limited common elements, such as yard areas and driveway areas, may change due to field changes and other factors, and Seller reserves the right to amend the Condominium Map, the Declaration and the other Project documents from time to time to reflect such changes.
The Condominium Map for the Project is intended to show only the layout, location, boundaries, dimensions and numbers of the units in the Project.
