Confidential Disclosure Letter definition

Confidential Disclosure Letter means the letter from the Borrower to the Lenders delivered on or prior to the date hereof.
Confidential Disclosure Letter means that certain Confidential Disclosure Letter, dated as of the Effective Date, and delivered by the Borrower to the Agents.
