Confidential Proprietary Information definition

Confidential Proprietary Information means and includes Information that contains financial, commercial or other proprietary, business Information concerning the Project, the Port Authority, or its facilities.
Confidential Proprietary Information means with respect to any Party all scientific, business or financial information relating to such Party, its subsidiaries or affiliates or their respective businesses, except when such information: a. Becomes known to the other Party prior to receipt from such first Party; b. Becomes publicly known through sources other than such first Party; c. Is lawfully received by such other Party from a party other than the first Party; or d. Is approved for release by written authorization from such first Party.
Confidential Proprietary Information has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1.1.

More Definitions of Confidential Proprietary Information

Confidential Proprietary Information means any information not generally known or previously published to the public by Richardson Electronics, Ltd. which concerns any of Richardson Electronics, Ltd.’s business or prospective future business. This includes, for example, non-public financial, business and operating information, budgets, sales or earnings forecasts, business and strategic plans, pricing information and contract terms, information about customer, supplier or prospects, marketing plans, new product or service information, and other proprietary business information and methods.
Confidential Proprietary Information means the confidential scientific, business or financial information related to the Technology which (a) is not publicly known or available from other sources who are not under a confidentiality obligation to a third party, (b) is not already known or available to the receiving party without a confidentiality obligation, and (c) is not required to be disclosed by law.
Confidential Proprietary Information means any information not generally known or previously published to the public by Richardson Electronics, Ltd. which concerns any of Richardson Electronics, Ltd.’s business or prospective future business.
