The Confidentiality Provisions and any Exhibit hereto may be amended or modified only by a writing signed by both parties hereto, which makes specific reference to the Confidentiality Provisions.
As of the Effective Date hereof, the parties hereto consent to the terms and conditions of the Confidentiality Provisions as set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Confidentiality Provisions”).
