Conflicts Policy has the meaning given in paragraph 13.5 of these Terms and Conditions;

More Definitions of Conflicts Policy
Conflicts Policy means the Statement of Policies Relating to Potential Conflicts between Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. and Regency Energy Partners, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit G.
