Consent Deadline definition

Consent Deadline means that term as defined in Section 2.15(a) hereof.

Consent Deadline means 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date that is 45 days from the Support Effective Date or any other date specified in the Exchange Offer Memorandum as the date by which consents by Convertible Noteholders are due.

"Rejected Subleased Premises" shall mean, with respect to any Rejected Sublease, the Subleased Premises relating to such Rejected Sublease. "Subleased Premises" shall, with respect to any Sublease, have the meaning ascribed to the term "Subleased Premises" in such Sublease.
