Holders desiring to tender Outstanding Notes on the Consent Fee Deadline or the Expiration Date through ATOP should note that such Holders must allow sufficient time for completion of the ATOP procedures during the normal business hours of DTC on such respective date.
If such delivery is by mail, it is suggested that Holders use properly insured registered mail with return receipt requested, and that the mailing be made sufficiently in advance of the Consent Fee Deadline or the Expiration Date, as the case may be, to permit delivery to the Exchange Agent on or prior to such respective date.
Tenders of Outstanding Notes and Consents will be accepted after the Consent Date and on or prior to the Expiration Date in accordance with the procedures described herein and otherwise in compliance with this Letter of Transmittal and Consent; however, no Consent Fee will be payable in respect of any Outstanding Notes tendered or Consents given following the Consent Fee Deadline.
