Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.
Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.
Sale Order means an order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Buyer and Seller approving this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions hereof, and approving and authorizing Seller to consummate the Transactions.
DIP Orders means, collectively, the Interim DIP Order and the Final DIP Order.
Approval Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to Sections 363 and 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, authorizing and approving, among other things, (a) the sale of the Purchased Assets (b) the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities by Purchaser and (c) the assumption and assignment of the Purchased Contracts, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which will be in a form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Parties.
Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.
Payment Order means an instruction of a sender to a receiving bank, transmitted orally, electronically, or in writing, to pay, or to cause another bank to pay, a fixed or determinable amount of money to a beneficiary if the following apply:
Stop Order means an instruction to create a Short Position when Our Price reaches a specified price.
FCC Order means Federal Communications Commission Order 94-102 (61 Federal Register 40348)
Cease and desist order means a court-issued order to halt land disturbing construction activity that is being conducted without the required permit.
Requisite Consents means all approvals, permissions and consents (whether statutory or otherwise) required from time to time from parties other than the Consultees in respect of the works or activities covered by a Proposal;
Curtailment Order means any of the following:
Market Order means Orders which are executed at the best available market price.
Development order means any order granting, denying, or granting with conditions an application for a development permit.
DIP Order means the Interim Order and, upon entry thereof, the Final Order.
Final Approval Order means the entry of the order and final judgment approving the Settlement Agreement, implementing the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and dismissing the Class Action with prejudice, to be proposed by the Settling Parties for approval by the Court, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D hereto.
Requisite Approval means the affirmative vote of the holders of at least a majority of the shares of outstanding Company Common Stock and outstanding Company Preferred Stock voting as a single class.
Consent of the Partners means the Consent of Partners holding Percentage Interests that in the aggregate are equal to or greater than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Percentage Interests of all Partners, which Consent shall be obtained prior to the taking of any action for which it is required by this Agreement and may be given or withheld by such Partners, in their sole and absolute discretion.
Express consent means the confirmed express consent you have provided to our processing of your personal data by actively accepting this Privacy Policy.
Limit Order means an order to buy or sell a financial instrument at its specified price limit or better and for a specified size;
Cash Management Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court, in form and substance acceptable to the Required Lenders, (i) approving and authorizing the Loan Parties to use existing cash management system, (ii) authorizing and directing banks and financial institutions to honor and process checks and transfers, (iii) authorizing continued use of intercompany transactions, (iv) waiving requirements of Section 345(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and (v) authorizing the Loan Parties to use existing bank accounts and existing business forms.
