Consent Solicitations has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.8(b).

More Definitions of Consent Solicitations

Consent Solicitations means the Old Subordinated Note Consent Solicitation and the Old Parent Discount Note Consent Solicitation.
Consent Solicitations means the Issuer and Co-Issuer soliciting consents from the Unsecured Noteholders for certain proposed amendments to the Unsecured Notes Indentures to eliminate substantially all of the restrictive covenants and certain of the default provisions contained in such indentures.
Consent Solicitations means: (i) the Company’s receipt of consents in the Consent Agreements, dated as of August 24, 2005, pursuant to which the Company obtained an extension through November 30, 2005 of a waiver to comply with certain covenants in the indenture relating to the Company’s 9 7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2007 (the “9 7/8% Notes”); (ii) the related solicitation of consents described in the Offering Memorandum/Consent Solicitation Statement, dated as of October 18, 2005, and the related Letter of Consent; and (iii) the Company’s solicitation of consents with respect to its 9 7/8% Notes and its 10 1/2% Senior Notes due 2011 described in the Offering Memorandum/Consent Solicitation Statements, dated as of March 27, 2006, and the related Letters of Consent.
Consent Solicitations means the consent solicitations of the holders of each series of Intelsat Notes to receive the requisite consents necessary to amend, eliminate or waive certain provisions of the Intelsat Indentures on the terms described in the Exchange Offer Press Release or on such other amended terms as are consented to in writing by Company, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
