Consistent Basis definition

Consistent Basis in reference to the application of GAAP means the accounting principles (including interpretations of GAAP) observed in the period referred to are comparable in all material respects to those observed in the preparation of the audited financial statements of the Borrower referred to in Section 6.1(e)(i) hereof.
Consistent Basis means, in reference to the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, that the accounting principles observed in the current period are comparable in all material respects to those applied in the preceding period.

More Definitions of Consistent Basis

Consistent Basis in reference to the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles means the accounting principles observed in the period referred to are comparable in all material respects to those applied in the preparation of the audited financial statements of TDC referred to in Section 7.02(c)(i) hereof;
