Consolidated Current Ratio definition

Consolidated Current Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of Consolidated Current Assets to Consolidated Current Liabilities as of such date.
Consolidated Current Ratio means, at any time the same is to be determined, the ratio of current assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries to current liabilities of the Company and its Subsidiaries, all as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP consistently applied, but in any event excluding the Loans from current liabilities for such purposes.
