Consolidated Fixed Charge Ratio definition

Consolidated Fixed Charge Ratio means, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the Four-Quarter Period ending on the date of computation thereof, the ratio of (a) Consolidated EBITDAR to (b) Consolidated Fixed Charges;
Consolidated Fixed Charge Ratio means, for any Person, for any period, the ratio of (i) Annualized Pro Forma EBITDA to (ii) Consolidated Interest Expense for such period multiplied by four.
Consolidated Fixed Charge Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated EBITDAR for such Test Period to (b) Consolidated Interest Charges plus Rent for such Test Period.

  • As of the last day of any fiscal quarter, permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Ratio to be less than 1.25 to 1.00.

Consolidated Fixed Charge Ratio means, for any period, the ratio of (a) the sum of (i) Consolidated EBITDA plus (ii) Consolidated Rent Expense plus (iii) operating lease expense, less Capital Expenditures to (b) the sum of (i) Consolidated Interest Expense plus (ii) the Current Portion of Long Term Debt plus (iii) Consolidated Rent Expense and (iv) operating lease expense.
