Consolidated Net Cash Interest Expense means, for any period, without duplication, the total consolidated cash interest expense of Holdings and its Consolidated Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis for such period plus, without duplication, that portion of Capitalized Lease Obligations of Holdings and its Consolidated Subsidiaries representing the interest factor for such period, in each case net of the total consolidated cash interest income of Holdings and its Consolidated Subsidiaries for such period, but excluding the amortization of any deferred financing costs.
