Consolidated Net Revenue definition

Consolidated Net Revenue means, for any period, the net revenue of the Company and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Net Revenue means revenue of Parent and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP; provided, however, that Consolidated Net Revenue shall exclude any upfront fees and one-time milestone payments received by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries from a collaboration agreement with a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company other than those upfront fees received by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the collaboration agreements contemplated to be entered into on Schedule 10.02.

Consolidated Net Revenue means, for any period, the revenues of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis and excluding intercompany items, for such period, determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, but excluding as revenue: (a) the sale or other disposition of Capital Assets, (b) the sale or other disposition of Stock of the Borrower or any Subsidiary, (c) the collection of life insurance proceeds, (d) any write-up of any asset, and (e) any other source of revenue of an extraordinary nature.
