Consolidated Total Assets definition

Consolidated Total Assets means, as of the date of any determination thereof, total assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries calculated in accordance with GAAP on a consolidated basis as of such date.
Consolidated Total Assets means, as of the date of determination, the total assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries which would be shown as assets on a consolidated balance sheet of the Company as of such time prepared in accordance with GAAP.

Consolidated Total Assets means, at any date, all amounts that would, in conformity with GAAP, be set forth opposite the caption “total assets” (or any like caption) on a consolidated balance sheet of the applicable Person at such date.
