Consolidation Date definition

Consolidation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.22.
Consolidation Date means the closing date of the proposed reorganization transaction involving Linn, Roan Holdings and Roan Resources as contemplated by the proposed Master Reorganization Agreement by and among Linn, Roan Holdings and Roan Resources.

Consolidation Date means the date on which Bank merges, consolidates or otherwise combines with Republic Bank or any other direct or indirect subsidiary of Holding Company, or all or substantially all of the assets of Bank are sold to Republic Bank or any other direct or indirect subsidiary of Holding Company.
