Construction Completion Certificate definition

Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate issued by the Municipality, as contemplated in Section 10, certifying the completion of the Local Improvements, or a portion thereof, once the Local Improvements have been constructed and installed by the Developer to the satisfaction of the Municipality in accordance with this Agreement.

Construction Completion Certificate or “CCC” shall mean the Certificate issued by the Town, as contemplated in Section 9, certifying the completion of the Municipal Improvements, or a portion thereof, once the Municipal Improvements have been constructed and installed by the Developer to the satisfaction of the Town in accordance with this Agreement.
