Construction Contractors definition

Construction Contractors means the construction company(ies), and any successor or successors thereto, appointed or to be appointed by the Company in connection with the construction of the Facility and not objected to by the GOB prior to such appointment pursuant to Section 5.2(b) of the Implementation Agreement;
